We are looking for a passionate and motivated Community Mobilizer to create awareness and mobilize youth and women from local communities to enroll in our skill development programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outreach, engagement, and enrollment of potential students while building strong relationships with community leaders, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Address concerns and queries of potential students and their families regarding courses, career opportunities, and program benefits.
Maintain records of outreach activities, enrollment statistics, and feedback from the community.
Support students in the admission process and ensure retention in training programs.
Assist in job placement efforts by connecting trained candidates with potential employers.
Skills Requirement
Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse community members.
Fluency in Konkani, English, and Hindi (preferred).
Ability to travel within local areas and conduct fieldwork.
Passion for working with underprivileged communities and empowering youth through education.
Experience in working with NGOs or community development projects.
Knowledge of vocational training programs and skill development initiatives.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, social media for outreach).
