Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings and compliance
Support internal controls, audits, and process improvements
Manage day-to-day accounting and reconciliations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for cost control and budgeting
Involvement in inventory and production finance tracking (specific to diamond operations)
Candidate Profile:
CA Qualified
Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax laws
Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Tally, and accounting systems
Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Good communication and organizational skills
