Carry out Assorting work (i.e. -2, 000, +2) as per availability of diamonds.
Sort and grade diamonds based on color, clarity, cut, and carat weight.
Utilize gemological tools and equipment to assess the quality of diamonds.
Ensure adherence to company standards and industry regulations in the sorting and grading process.
Identify and categorize diamonds according to predetermined criteria.
Maintain accurate records of sorted and graded diamonds.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize sorting and grading processes.
Handle diamonds with care and precision to prevent damage or loss.
Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and advancements in diamond grading techniques
