Roles and Responsibilities :
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
Analyse existing processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
Develop detailed business use cases, workflows, and wireframes.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new IT services and solutions.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure project success.
Track project deliverables, timelines, and resources while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Skills Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including JIRA or Trello.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with SQL and/or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
