Roles and Responsibilities:
Operating CRM platforms – Creating Accounts, Contacts, leads & Deals. Generating reports for performance analysis & activity tracking etc.
Coordinating the marketing & application team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information, thereby assisting with Online/ Offline inventory/ Documentary control on cloud Storage
Average communication –
English (knows Hindi and Gujarati)
Job requirements :
Proficiently answer phone calls in English, Hindi & Gujarati language and provide requested information with your high level of written & verbal communication skills.
Must work as part of a team & ensure adherence to the laws and policies of the company.
