Handle cash transactions (receipts,
payments) with accuracy
Ensure cash bundling, balancing, and
compliance
Process fund transfers, FD closures,
account closures
Manage FX postings, gold sales, and
teller box custodianshi
Manage branch lobby, queues, and
assist walk-in customers
Resolve Teller-related customer
complaints
Generate leads for bank products –
Savings A/Cs, Credit Cards, Insurance,
