₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Proactively contact customers via phone to confirm their recent orders and verify key details such as address, pin code etc.
- Address customer inquiries regarding their orders in a clear and helpful manner.
- Monitor order delivery status and proactively follow up with courier services in case of non-delivery.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track order information, communication logs, and delivery updates.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing excellent support.
Average communication :
- Hindi (Preferred)

Key Skills Required :
Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Education :
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.
