Roles and Responsibilities :
- On-Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar power systems to ensure they are functioning effectively and efficiently.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in solar installations, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining system reliability.
- System Inspections: Conduct detailed inspections of electrical components, wiring, and solar panels to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and system performance data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other technicians to address complex maintenance issues and implement effective solutions.
Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar field maintenance, with hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting solar power systems.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
