- IT Recruiter – ERP & CRM Specialist We are seeking a passionate and experienced IT Recruiter with a strong focus on ERP and CRM talent acquisition.
- The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of proven experience in recruiting for ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) roles. We have available IT Recruiter – ERP & CRM Specialist in jobs in surat.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for ERP & CRM positions.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and expectations.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ERP and CRM recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of different ERP/CRM platforms and related skill sets.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
