  1. Employment Details:
    Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Work From Office)

Location: Bhat, Ahmedabad

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Gender Requirement: Male candidates only

Probation Period: 3 months (performance review for confirmation)

  1. Compensation & Benefits:
    Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience & interview performance)

Payment Mode: Bank transfer by the 10th of each month

Incentives: Performance-based bonuses (subject to company policies)

  1. Educational & Experience Requirements:
    Education: Graduate in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com preferred)

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in accounting & financial management

Skills: Mandatory proficiency in Tally, GST filing, and Bookkeeping

  1. Key Responsibilities:
    Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and invoices

Handle GST filings, tax compliance, and statutory audits

Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets

Assist management in financial planning and decision-making

Ensure timely vendor payments and payroll processing

  1. Policies & Compliance:
    Attendance: Strict adherence to working hours; late arrivals penalized

Leave Policy: 12 paid leaves/year + national holidays (prior approval required)

Confidentiality: Strict NDA for financial data and company information

Termination: 30-day notice period (immediate for misconduct/fraud)

  1. Interview Process:
    Timings: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Documents Required: Resume, ID proof, and experience certificates

  1. Additional Conditions:
    Tools Provided: Company laptop with licensed Tally software

Dress Code: Formal attire (shirt/trousers)

Training: Initial 15-day onboarding on company processes
