we have available Admissions and Operations Executive

Job Location:

Vesu, Surat, Gujarat

Job Timing:

Full Day

Working Day :

Monday to Saturday

Salary Range:

15,000 – 30,000 a month

Roles and Responsibilities:

Admissions & Student Coordination

Guide students in completing college application forms accurately and on time.
Provide regular follow-ups with students and parents regarding documentation, deadlines, and application status.
Coordinate with universities for updates, admission timelines, and document submissions.
Maintain updated records of each student’s progress in Excel or CRM tools.

Research & Content Support

Conduct structured secondary research on colleges, courses, deadlines, and admission procedures.
Prepare presentations (PowerPoint) and reports (Excel) for college information sessions, videos, and social media reels.
Assist in scripting and content support for digital videos and educational materials.

Agency & Marketing Coordination

Coordinate with digital marketing, SEO, and advertising agencies for campaign execution, lead generation, and tracking.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations across departments.

Operations & Office Support

Support day-to-day office tasks, including scheduling, document organization, and inter-team communication.
Liaise with vendors, university contacts, and in-house staff to ensure deadlines and goals are met efficiently.

Skills & Traits:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable with AI tools and tech platforms.
Quick learner with a strong follow-up mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
Highly organized, responsible, and eager to take initiative.
Prior experience in admissions, admin, education, or customer support is a plus.
