An Apparel Merchandiser is responsible for overseeing the production and delivery of clothing and textile products. They act as a bridge between buyers, suppliers, and manufacturers, ensuring that garments are produced on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Their role involves product development, cost negotiation, order tracking, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 a month
Roles and Responsibilities :
Communication – Needs to communicate with the internal team regarding production pipelines.
TNA – Needs to take an active role in TNA Planning, critical path or order scheduling, requirements and execution of sampling.
Keep on track – Has to track whether each and every sourcing is being completed on time or not, and if there are any problems ensuring that a timely solution is provided.
Sourcing – Needs to make a list of fabric & materials required for sourcing and provide to the sourcing department to ensure timely sourcing for sampling.
Coordination – Needs to coordinate between all departments of our organisation and ensure that production is running smoothly.
Maintaining the reports – The documents like Order sheets, Approvals, audit Reports and team communications are to be maintained by merchandiser.
