Develop concept sketches for textile patterns, prints, and motifs based on design briefs and seasonal themes. Collaborate with the Design Head and Textile Designers to finalize sketches for fabric production. Research market trends, colors, and design styles to create innovative sketches that align with brand aesthetics. Revise and refine sketches based on feedback and production requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized portfolio of all sketches, including digital and hand-drawn designs.
- Ensure accurate detailing and specifications in sketches for production and sample development.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure that final outputs match design specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest textile design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sketch designing, preferably in the textile industry.
- Proficiency in sketching by hand and using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail, color, and texture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of textile patterns, fabric types, and printing techniques is a plus.
