Report to: Associate Vice President – RPO Team: 4 to 6 Recruiters + Sourcers + Onboarding Specialist
Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Friday from Office and Saturday from Home
Job Role:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions in the cement sector, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
- Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, optimize hiring strategies, and provide actionable insights.
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs and craft tailored sourcing plans.
- Lead a team of recruiters, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous performance improvement.
- Drive business mining initiatives to identify new hiring opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive hiring reports and market insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.
Job Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in RPO/recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong background in managing SLAs, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a recruitment team.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and modern recruitment tools.
- Preferred Education: MBA in HR or a bachelor’s degree in engineering
