Job Description
The Old Vehicle Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to procure end-of-life vehicles (ELVs) for our vehicle scrapping facility. This role involves managing a team of sourcing executives, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring a consistent supply of vehicles to meet operational demands. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the automotive industry and the vehicle scrapping process.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential sources of ELVs.
Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the transportation and delivery of procured vehicles to the scrapping facility.
Reporting and Analysis: Track sourcing metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports on sourcing performance.
Budget Management: Manage the sourcing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy to acquire ELVs from various sources, including individuals, businesses, government agencies, insurance companies, and auctions.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sourcing executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as vehicle owners, dealers, insurance providers, and government officials.
Negotiation and Procurement: Negotiate purchase agreements with vehicle owners and other sources, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Experience :

Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing
