We are seeking a skilled Laravel Developer to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality web applications, maintaining code integrity, and ensuring the best possible performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

Varachha, Surat, Gujarat

Job Timing:

9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Day :

Salary Range:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Write and submit persuasive business proposals to potential clients.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships while understanding their project requirements.
  • Achieve monthly targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Handle client communications, negotiations, and deal closures effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, proposals, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or online bidding in the IT industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, proposal writing, and client handling.
  • Good understanding of web development, mobile apps, and SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with major bidding platforms and CRMs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
