Roles and Responsibilities :
I’d like for you to help manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto to ensure visibility, relevance, and conversion rates.
Support in conducting keyword research and optimizing product titles, descriptions, and images to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
Monitor product performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in developing and executing strategies to increase product visibility through sponsored ads, promotions, and other advertising initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and production, to ensure product availability, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment.
To identify new growth opportunities, you can stay up-to-date with marketplace trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.
Proactively resolve customer issues, address negative feedback, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitive positioning to make data-driven recommendations for pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics, sales trends, and actionable insights to senior management.
