Roles and Responsibilities :
Ensure the smooth processing of promotions during billing.
Handle exchanges, returns and escalated customer complaints as per the company policy
Record and tally inward and outward bills on a daily basis
Maintain records of all the expenses
Maintain record and receipts Credit Card payments
Stock Scan goods on a daily basis/Manage Memo Items and ensure pricing is accurate
Followup on Parcel Dispatch
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
Knowledge of working on billing system- Gati Software- SmartJewel and MS Excel
Key Skills Required :
Graduate with a Minimum 2 to 5 years of work experience as a cashier.
Should be from Gold/Diamond/Jewelry Industry
