This role involves managing site workers, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the site.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Supervise the installation of curtain walls, aluminum cladding, glazing, windows, louvers, and other façade systems.
Ensure work is completed as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and quality standards.
Monitor on-site fabrication, fixing, and alignment of façade components.
Conduct daily site inspections to identify and resolve any installation issues.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of façade materials on-site.
Key Skills Required :
Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in façade installation, cladding, or glazing projects.
Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and installation methods.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, technical specifications, and site layouts.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a plus.
Experience :
- Experience in high-rise façade projects, unitized curtain walls, and ACP cladding.
- Familiarity with anchoring systems, waterproofing, and façade testing procedures.
- Strong understanding of scaffolding, rigging, and façade access equipment.
