Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
- Develop and manage data warehouses and data lakes to support analytics and reporting.
- Ensure data reliability, quality, and security across systems.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to align on data needs and strategy.
- Champion best practices in data architecture, governance, and performance optimization.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
- Strong experience with data warehouse and data lake architectures.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members.
