1. Business Development:

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling strategies.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients.
- Gather client feedback to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.
4. Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and provide regular sales reports.
- Provide insights to management on sales performance and market opportunities.
