Role Overview
As we scale, we’re hiring an Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff — someone sharp, fast, and deeply reliable — to work directly with leadership on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
The role is designed as a force multiplier to the Chief of Staff — someone who can own strategic projects, facilitate leadership operations, and create leverage across business priorities. You’ll act as a critical node between the founder’s office and other functions.
What You’ll Own
Project Ownership & Execution
→ Own and drive special cross-functional projects from inception to delivery
→ Build project plans, define success metrics, and manage stakeholder alignment
Leadership Enablement
→ Create high-quality dashboards, presentations, memos, and business updates
→ Attend key meetings, take ownership of action items, and follow through
Ops + Insights + Research
→ Conduct deep-dive research across markets, competition, and trends
→ Support annual/quarterly planning, and business reviews with data synthesis
Internal Communications
→ Be a conduit of information across teams – ensuring clarity, speed, and structure
→ Draft internal documents, founder notes, meeting briefs, and async updates

Ideal Profile
Strong academic background or prior experience in founder’s office roles, consulting, VC/PE, or startups
Project management, research, operations, or business analysis experience
Proficiency in tools like Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Keynote, Notion, and productivity stacks
Bonus: Prior exposure to retail, consumer brands, or digital commerce
