Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Manage inquiries and resolve issues via text, email
Data Entry: Maintain and update information accurately in our database.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Prepare reports and keep records organized.
Basic Video Editing: Learn and apply fundamental video editing skills as part of the role (training provided).
Social Media Tasks: Assist with basic social media-related activities.
Adaptability: Take on varied responsibilities with a willingness to learn and grow.
