Salary Range :

₹3,00,000 – ₹4,80,000 a year

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations showcasing the value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Navigate the sales cycle with expertise, effectively handling objections and closing deals.

Key Skills Required :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Terms and condision :

Working Hours: Flexible schedule within core business hours (10AM-6PM)

Compensation:

Base salary: ₹25,000-₹40,000/month

Performance incentives: ₹5,000-₹25,000/month upon achieving targets

Targets: Monthly/quarterly sales KPIs to be mutually agreed upon

Benefits:

PF contribution as per statutory norms

Leave Policy: 12 paid leaves/year + national holidays

Confidentiality: Strict NDA for all client/corporate data

Termination:

30 days notice period from either side

Immediate termination for policy violations

Tools Provided: CRM access, sales enablement resources

Work Mode: In-office (Surat) with WFH flexibility as per business needs
