Roles and Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media channels.
- Resolve product or service issues promptly by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and providing solutions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, returns, and policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and product teams to improve customer service quality.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and customer support best practices.
Key Skills Required :
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience :
0–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
Education :
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
