The Customer Success Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and support for our organization. As a key member of the leadership team, the specialist will help craft our customer-success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. CSRs are expected to maintain a positive and professional image of the company while delivering exceptional service.

Salary Range:
30,000 a month
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management:
Support the Property Manager in overseeing multiple properties. • Ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.
Monitor financials, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Community Interaction:
Engage with tenants and homeowners to address their concerns. • Foster positive relationships within the community.
Collaborate with association boards to resolve property-related issues.
- Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with vendors.
Solicit and evaluate bids for maintenance and repair work.
- Operational Collaboration:
Work with Data Operations and Finance teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Board Meeting Preparation:
Compile necessary documents and updates.
Prepare presentations for board meetings.
Document decisions and action items.
- Enforcement and Inspections:
Address reported violations.
Conduct property inspections for maintenance and safety.
Handle architectural requests, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Customer Interactions:
Address customer queries via all communication channels.
Resolve issues, handle complaints empathetically, and document in the CRM.
Provide support, follow policies, and attend board meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/master’s in business, Hospitality, Sales, Marketing (or similar)
- Clear, empathetic, listens well (English proficiency essential)
