Monday to Saturday
Salary Range:
15,000 – 25,000 a month
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support to our customers via Etsy messages, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and policies.
- Resolve issues and handle returns or exchanges with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the Etsy platform is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in the jewelry or e-commerce sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
