Key Responsibilities:

- Record and update customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics, etc.) to address complex queries.
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process or product improvements.
- Meet performance metrics like response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory).
0–3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
