Responsibilities:
Resolve customer queries, complaints or requests on daily basis
Answering inbound and outbound calls. of clients and customers.
Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, communicating daily in a professional and courteous manner.
Gather valuable customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve our offerings.
Measure the quality of queries based on the effectiveness of solutions provided.
Track the quantity of queries handled to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Engage in cold calling to reach out to potential clients and promote our products/services.
Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Skills Required:
Minimum of 1 year of FULL-TIME work experience in Customer Service or a related field.
Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
Patience and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
Empathy towards customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
Proficient in email writing and on chat process.
