We are seeking a detail-oriented Diamond Grader to evaluate and certify the quality of diamonds based on the 4Cs (Cut, Clarity, Color, and Carat). The ideal candidate will have gemology training or relevant experience in diamond grading.

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
· Experienced in mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department.
· Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams.
· Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
Experience :
Minimum 3 years
Education :
· Master’s degree in Project Management or related technical field required.
