Position: Graphic Designer (Digital Prints)

Experience: 1–3 years specifically for developing digital prints
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related fields
Salary: 15-20k

Key Responsibilities
- Create digital print designs for fabrics including sarees, dress materials, kurtis, scarves, and other apparel products.
- Develop unique patterns, motifs, and prints as per market trends and buyer requirements.
- Work on color separations and fabric-specific adaptations.
- Prepare artwork for digital printing machines (reactive, pigment, sublimation, etc.).
- Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams to finalize designs.
- Maintain design archives and records for future reference.
- Revise and modify designs based on feedback from sampling and buyers.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in textile prints, fashion, and colors.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards for digital printing, color matching, and file formats.
Skills Requirement
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW (mandatory)
- Knowledge of textile printing processes (especially digital print techniques)
- Creativity in patterns, color palettes, and fashion-forward designs
- Understanding of fabric types, textures, and printing behavior
- Eye for detail, color balancing, and precision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines and multiple projects
Preferred Experience
- Previous work in textile printing, garment designing, or fabric export houses.
- Experience with digital textile printing (sublimation, reactive, pigment printing).
