The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production workflows, quality control, and team productivity. This role coordinates between workers, managers, and machinery to meet production targets while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Production Planning & Logistics
Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely completion.
Allocate manpower and resources as per production schedule.
Ensure coordination with Transporters, Venders, Sales Staff for smooth functioning
Ensure minimal downtime of machines and equipment.
Software Management & Quality Control
Ensure adherence to quality standards during each stage of the copper coating process.
Conduct visual inspections and coordinate with the QA team for sampling and testing.
Process Monitoring
Supervise the chemical bath, coating thickness, and surface finishing process.
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process parameters.
Team Management
Guide and manage production staff and machine operators.
Conduct regular briefings and assign responsibilities.
Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.
Inventory & Material Handling
Monitor raw material stock for copper coating (e.g., copper wire, chemicals).
Coordinate with the store and purchase department for material requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain production logs, shift reports, and quality records.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in a similar role in a metal coating or manufacturing plant.
Strong knowledge of copper coating/electroplating processes.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, IEEE).
