Maahi International is looking for a meticulous and efficient Product Lister to join our e-commerce team. This crucial role ensures our exquisite jewelry is accurately and attractively presented on leading marketplaces like Amazon and eBay. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a basic understanding of e-commerce best practices, specifically within the jewelry or fashion accessories sector.

Salary Range:
8,000 – 15,000 a month
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create, upload, and manage new and existing product listings on various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and eBay.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging product titles, descriptions, and bullet points that highlight the unique features and benefits of our imitation and fine handmade jewelry.
- Ensure all product information, including pricing, inventory levels, SKUs, and specifications, is accurate and up-to-date across all platforms.
- Source, prepare, and upload high-quality product images according to marketplace guidelines, ensuring they beautifully represent our jewelry.
- Organize and maintain product data in a structured manner, primarily using spreadsheets.
- Conduct basic research to ensure competitive pricing and optimal product presentation within the jewelry market.
- Monitor existing listings for accuracy, completeness, and performance, making timely updates as needed.
- Identify and resolve any listing errors or discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the inventory and photography teams to gather necessary product information and assets.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, best practices, and new features to continuously optimize our jewelry listings.
Requirements
- Proven experience (1+ year) in product listing, data entry, or e-commerce operations, preferably within the fashion, accessories, or jewelry industry.
- Familiarity with major online marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content creation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple jewelry listings simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Basic understanding of image file types and quality standards for online presentation.
Preferred (Bonus Points!)
- Basic understanding of SEO principles for product optimization.
- Experience with photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- A passion for or knowledge of imitation and handmade jewelry.
