Job Description
- Design and develop electrical systems, control panels, and wiring diagrams for yarn twister machines..
- Select and integrate electrical components such as motors, sensors, drives, PLCs, and HMIs.
- Ensure designs comply with electrical codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems and components to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Work closely with mechanical engineers, Automation Engineer, and production teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and other components.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during the assembly and installation of yarn twister machines. We have available Electrical jobs in surat.
- Assist in the training of technicians and operators on electrical systems and troubleshooting procedures.
- Manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure all electrical designs and systems comply with relevant standards
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in electrical systems and processes.
- Support the preparation of technical manuals and user guides for customers.
