Salary Range:
15,000 – 30,000 a month
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to promote clinic services.
- Explain treatment packages and procedures clearly to prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads and missed consultations.
- Maintain client database, update call records, and share regular reports.
- Answer queries related to skin and hair treatments with confidence and clarity.
- Support the front desk and clinic team when needed with client coordination.
- Create a positive impression of the clinic through excellent communication.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Gender: Female candidates only
- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in telecalling or a customer-facing role
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, emailing, CRM preferred)
- Appearance: Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion skills, and customer-friendly attitude
