₹35,000 – ₹50,000 a month
Roles and Responsibilities :
Oversee the entire production process, from order placement to final dispatch.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
Ensure fabric sourcing, trims, and accessories align with production schedules.
Monitor production planning and workflow to meet deadlines.
Conduct quality control checks to maintain product standards.
Communicate with buyers regarding order progress, approvals, and modifications.
Work closely with design and sampling teams to develop new styles and prototypes.
Maintain records of inventory, production reports, and cost sheets.
Resolve any production issues to avoid delays.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the garments industry.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Fashion Merchandising or a related field (preferred).
