Job Description

1. Financial Transactions & Record-Keeping:

Record and process daily financial transactions related to e-commerce sales, returns, and refunds.
Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally or ERP software.

Reconcile bank statements, payment gateway transactions (Razorpay, PayU, etc.), and COD payments.

2. Taxation & Compliance:

Ensure proper GST calculations, filings, and reconciliations for online sales.
Handle TDS deductions and payments as per government norms.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws.

3. Vendor & Marketplace Reconciliation:

Reconcile accounts with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
Track commission charges, returns, and other deductions to ensure accurate settlements.
Coordinate with marketplaces to resolve discrepancies in payments.

4. Expense Management & Cost Control:

Monitor operational expenses, including advertising, logistics, and seller fees.
Process and track employee reimbursements and travel expenses.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

Generate financial reports, profit & loss statements, and expense reports.
Provide insights on revenue, sales deductions, and profitability trends.
Assist in preparing data for audits and management reviews.
