Ensure revenue generation through the platform by equipping sales channels with solutions and enablers for the same. Drive business and revenue traction for the platforms through marketing, training and engagement across internal and external stakeholders and channels.

Collaborate with internal business stakeholders including GIB Sales Channel, Branch Banking network to solicit regular feedback, make necessary iterations, develop region specific initiatives, and provide the necessary support required.
Working with operations and related teams to craft/reform processes as required
Partnering with functional teams like marketing, legal, communications, compliance and others to undertake various activities associated with business building.
Drive trainings, webinars and interactive sessions with stakeholders for better engagement and adoption of the solutions developed.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Product Focus and Business Building
You will identify potential fintech/tech partners relevant for Institutional business, and forge alliances to build scale
You will Co-create products with technology partners/vendors and integrate with Banking products with an objective of augmenting new customer acquisition
Collaborate with various products teams in the bank to integrate customized product offerings for the cohort of customers associated with the platforms
Ensure the solutions create tangible value for customers and are effective from a Functionality, Security and Performance (FSP) standpoint
Track competition performance/movements in Institutional segment and undertake measures to ensure superior experience and delivery
Experience :
2-3 years experience in product management
Education :
MBA
