Roles and Responsibilities :
Oversee end-to-end plant operations to ensure smooth production and efficiency.
Manage manufacturing processes for carbonated drinks, fruit juices, pulp-based juices, and energy drinks.
Ensure quality control, food safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
Optimize production planning, cost control, and resource utilization to improve efficiency.
Lead plant maintenance, safety, and hygiene standards for a safe working environment.
Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
Train, mentor, and manage plant staff and workforce for high performance.
Experience :
12 to 15 Years
Job requirements :
Proven experience as a Plant Head/Factory Manager in the beverage industry.
In-depth knowledge of carbonated drinks, juice production, and bottling processes.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations, GMP, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to optimize costs, manage budgets, and drive operational excellence.
