Recruitment & Staffing
Identify hiring needs for different departments and branches.
Develop job descriptions and post job openings.
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate hiring processes.
Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Employee Relations & Compliance
Maintain a positive work environment and handle grievances.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Conduct disciplinary actions and resolve workplace conflicts when necessary.
- Payroll & Attendance Management
Oversee salary processing and payroll coordination.
Manage attendance tracking and leave records.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
Plan leadership and technical training for different teams.
Promote employee growth through workshops and certifications.
- Performance Management
Implement and oversee the performance appraisal process.
Set KPIs for employees and ensure timely reviews.
Provide feedback and recommend promotions or increments.
- HR Policies & Documentation
Draft and update company HR policies in line with industry standards.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Develop policies for work culture, ethics, and disciplinary actions.
- Employee Engagement & Retention
Organize team-building activities and events.
Ensure high employee morale and motivation.
Address attrition issues and improve employee retention strategies.
- Branch & Expansion HR Support
Align HR processes with new branch expansions.
Support branch managers in HR-related activities.
Ensure smooth HR coordination between the head office and branches.
