Full job description
- Oversee the maintenance and administration of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software. We have available IT Executive in jobs in surat.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems.
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Train employees on the use of IT systems, software, and tools.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper allocation.
- Monitor timekeeping and process payroll on time, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems, software, and tools.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services and support.
- Negotiate contracts and manage IT budgets effectively
