Job Description
The Showroom Administrator is responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the entire showroom and office areas, including the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. This includes overseeing all facilities management tasks such as AC temperature control, lighting, washroom cleanliness, kitchen upkeep, and coordinating with the chef for grocery and kitchen stock management. The role ensures that the showroom remains presentable, performs regular inspections, and addresses maintenance issues promptly.

Showroom and Office Maintenance (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Floors)
Oversee the cleanliness and organization of all showroom and office areas across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors.
Ensure air conditioning systems are regulated throughout the day to maintain a comfortable environment for clients and staff.
Manage and monitor lighting systems, ensuring proper functionality and timely replacements when needed.
Oversee the cleanliness of washrooms on all floors, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies and maintained in good working condition.
Kitchen and Stock Management
Coordinate with the chef to ensure the kitchen is well-maintained and organized.
Approve grocery and kitchen supply purchases, ensuring all stock is up to date and in sufficient quantities.
Conduct regular checks of kitchen supplies to ensure that food and beverages are available as needed, and that no items are expired or low in stock.
Ensure the kitchen remains clean, hygienic, and fully functional at all times.
Post-Client Visit and End-of-Day Cleanliness:
After client visits, ensure that all tables are cleared of catalogues, food disposables, and any other materials, maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
Conduct thorough end-of-day inspections across all floors to confirm that the showroom and office areas are tidy and ready for the next day.
Supplies and Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage essential supplies, including washroom products, cleaning materials, and kitchen items.
Ensure timely ordering and replenishment of supplies to avoid shortages and ensure smooth daily operations.
IT and Technical Support:
Act as the first point of contact for any IT-related issues, including computer, network, and display systems.
Coordinate with IT support or external vendors to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance:
Address minor electrical and mechanical issues (e.g., lighting, air conditioning, sockets) and escalate larger problems to the appropriate personnel.
Coordinate repairs or maintenance for showroom and office equipment as needed.
Skill Requirements
Experience
Previous experience in facilities management, maintenance, or showroom administration is a plus.
Experience in coordinating with kitchen staff and managing inventory is beneficial.
Proactive and problem-solving approach.
Focus on cleanliness, orderliness, and efficiency.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
