- Counseling and Guidance:Consultants provide advice on choosing the right course, university, and country for study abroad. They also help students understand the requirements for different student visa types.
- Document Preparation:They assist students in preparing necessary documents for the visa application, including application forms, supporting documents, and checklists.
- Application Support:Consultants guide students through the entire application process, from submitting forms to managing correspondence with the embassy or consulate.
- Follow-up and Communication:They follow up on application status, answer student queries, and provide updates on the visa processing timeline.
- Knowledge of Immigration Policies:Consultants stay up-to-date on the latest immigration policies and regulations to ensure students’ applications are compliant.
- Customer Service:They provide excellent customer service, addressing student concerns and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the process.
