We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant and Stock Management Executive to manage our day-to-day financial transactions and inventory operations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, inventory control systems, and the ability to work closely with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and optimal stock levels.

Salary Range :
₹10,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
Roles and Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (AP, AR, GL).
Prepare and analyze financial reports including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Perform bank reconciliations and manage company accounts.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Coordinate with external auditors for audits and tax filings.
Stock/Inventory Management Duties :
Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability and reduce overstock/stockouts.
Record and track all stock movements including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system data.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for efficient stock handling.
Generate stock reports and provide inventory analysis to management.
