What You’ll Do
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes across all our rental projects
- Manage the response team for guest inquiries and resolve issues quickly and kindly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Stay calm under pressure and think on your feet when things don’t go as planned
- In short, the Assistant Manager reports directly to the Director of the company, playing a key role in daily operations and guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Customer service experience is a big plus
- Comfortable using basic computer tools and virtual platforms
- A hospitality-driven mindset and strong leadership potential
- Calm, positive, and solution-oriented under pressure
