The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing team, strategizing brand-building initiatives, and ensuring effective execution of marketing campaigns. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership to enhance Sangini’s brand presence and drive engagement with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement both online and offline marketing strategies to strengthen Sangini’s brand and promote its real estate projects.
Team Leadership & Training: Guide, mentor, and train the marketing team to ensure they meet business objectives and uphold the company’s values.
Brand Building: Create and execute initiatives that enhance brand visibility and reputation in the real estate sector.
Event Planning & Management: Strategize and oversee corporate events, property expos, community engagement initiatives, and brand activations through team members responsible for execution.
Digital Marketing: Supervise digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and online advertisements, by overseeing the team handling these activities.
Community Building: Develop and nurture relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders to create a strong Sangini community.
Day-to-Day Communication: Ensure consistent and effective communication across all marketing channels, including advertisements, brochures, press releases, and customer interactions.
Compliance & Values: Adhere to the organization’s systems, processes, and core values while executing marketing activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in event management, branding, and community-building initiatives.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and paid campaigns.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
