Roles and Responsibilities :
Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand patient concerns and recommend the best solutions.
Educate clients about advanced hair transplant procedures, techniques, and expected results.
Ensure a seamless consultation-to-closure process, achieving monthly conversion targets.
Work closely with top dermatologists and surgeons to provide accurate medical insights.
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring follow-ups and a high-end patient experience.
Ideal Candidate :
Preferably a Doctor (BAMS, BHMS, BDS, or equivalent medical background) with a strong consultation approach.
✔ Excellent communication & persuasive skills with the ability to handle premium clientele.
✔ Experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or high-end sales is a plus.
✔ A confident, professional, and target-driven mindset to achieve high success rates.
✔ Ability to provide a personalized and premium consultation experience.
