Roles and Responsibilities :
Shortlisting of Programs as per the profile assessment.
Regularly follow up with clients for the ongoing process of the application.
Monitor and keep track of existing client applications and keep them abreast of the latest updates on their applications.
Submission of Application to Colleges/Universities or B2B partners.
Continuous follow-up with B2B partners until the student’s application is being submitted to institution(s).
Guide clients for the College Fees / GIC payments / Loan Process.
Guide clients for scheduling Medical Appointment & PCC Appointment.
Guide clients for the necessary documentation required for visa filling. (All Supporting documents, financial documents etc.)
Visa Form Filling and Improvise 1st draft of Statement of Purpose Letter (SOP) once received from the client.
Visa file submission after reviewing all documents, guide clients for the Biometrics Appointment.
Guide clients for Post visa Services & Post Landing Services.
Experience:
Average communication :
English (knows Hindi and Gujarati)
Education :
Intermediate to advanced knowledge in the use of computer applications including word Processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (Excel), e-mail, and Internet searching, able to use CRM tools for regular updates and monitoring of clients.
