Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal consulting teams and clients to understand project goals and data requirements
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources (structured and unstructured)
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings clearly
- Assist in designing and tracking KPIs, metrics, and business performance indicators
- Support the development of client strategies through data-backed insights
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy across projects
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing timelines effectively
- Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and client teams
- Stay updated on best practices and tools in analytics, visualization, and data science
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience (2–4 years preferred) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar BI platforms
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and tools such as Python or R is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills – ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple client projects with attention to detail and deadlines
- Consulting or client-facing experience is an advantage
