Roles and Responsibilities:
· Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) analysis, including purity testing of raw chemicals such as PAC, Hydrated Lime, Ferrous Sulphate, Poly Electrolyte, etc.
· Analyze rivulet water samples from various locations (Upstream & Downstream).
· Conduct sample analysis for Park Member Industries.
· Prepare detailed analytical worksheets and reports.
· Manage documentation and maintain accurate laboratory data records.
· Perform routine calibration of laboratory instruments.
· Conduct jar tests for dosing optimization studies.
· Follow an effective file management system for lab data and reports.
· Maintain proper stock inventory of laboratory chemicals and consumables.
· Plot monthly trends for key quality parameters across raw, intermediate, and treated effluent samples.
